Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking details and expected delivery dates.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or during checkout. Free shipping applies only to specific orders and geographic locations and may have certain restrictions.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure timely delivery:

- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available on certain orders and locations).

4. Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to international locations, including US territories and APO/FPO addresses.
5. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard shipping methods. However, expedited or overnight shipping may not be available to P.O. Box addresses.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
6. Shipping Delays
Delays Due to Weather or Other Factors: Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside of our control.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or anyone in your household. If you are unable to locate it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will investigate the issue.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damage and contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for the damaged item.
8. Shipping Address Changes
- Address Updates: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.
